A capitalization table, also known as a cap table, is a spreadsheet or table that shows the equity capitalization for a company. In this workshop, researchers and startup founders will learn about cap table formation and management, while walking through a live demonstration.
This workshop will be led by: Will Buckstaff (Biz Dev at Carta) and Eddie Sniezek (Associate at Cooley Law Firm).
