Monica Driscoll leads SVB’s Austin Startup Banking team, which caters to pre-Series A tech startups in the region. SVB has been supporting founders for nearly 40 years and has solutions for all stages of the startup journey— from your day one banking partner, through IPO and beyond. SVB clients accounted for 55% of US VC-backed tech & healthcare IPO’s in 2021. Monica has been with SVB for four years and spent her first three years underwriting and managing a portfolio of local early stage debt clients. Monica is on the board of the Austin Venture Association and is also involved with local women’s shelter Casa Marianella.

Vineet Advani serves on SVB’s Austin Startup Banking team, supporting pre-Series A tech startups in the region. He also serves as the SVB SCOUT lead for the Texas region, spearheading initiatives to support underrepresented founders. He graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Economic Consulting, and Business Analytics. During his time at Indiana University, he was one of the founders of its first student-run investment fund, ECMG (501c3 nonprofit), for which he now serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors.
